Developing Sory… Reports are coming in that there will be a Hardened & Prestige Edition of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. We believe it has just been announced from a source currently attending the Gamestop Managers Conference that is happeneing right now in San Antonio, Texas.
In past years Prestige Editions we’ve seen night vision goggles, remote controlled RC-XD cars and heaps of in game bonus. (exclusive DLC) Last year Activision decided not to include a Prestige edition for Modern Warfare 3 just a Hardened edition, but now it returns for Black Ops 2!
We Believe the Prestige Edition of Black Ops 2 will include:
- Remote-controled UAV Flyer
- Exclusive in-game content & upgrades.
- Exclusive Zombie Maps.
- Nuketown 2025.
It is also rumored that everything wil come packaged in a replica Care Package.
Keep in mind nothing at this stage has been confirmed. No details on the Hardened Edition have been revealed yet although learning from previous years it will most likely include everything in the prestige edition, except for the RC Quadrotor. And no pricing has yet been announced.
UPDATE: Treyarch has posted the following on its Official Facebook page…
“Dan Bunting, David Vonderhaar, and the rest of the Treyarch team have been working on something special. Look what’s dropping tomorrow.”
